Dropout Prevention Team

The  Pace Early College High School Dropout Prevention Program  is a targeted, multi-tiered and comprehensive dropout prevention, intervention and recovery program that addresses the needs of potential dropouts, students who have dropped out, and their families.  The program includes:

  - Program Specialist helps High School Campus reduce the dropout rate and increase the completion /graduation rate and collaborate with institutions of higher learning, local businesses and community entities to provide directed and intense services for at-risk students.


  - At-Risk Counselor addresses the needs of the students and ensure each student has an individual learning plan implemented  in order for them to be successful in their educational pathway.


   - Juvenile Probation Officer will identify students on probation that need special interventions to ensure successful completion of school courses and student's career pathway.


   - CIS-Site Coordinator  will meet and maintain an assigned caseload of students and monitor their academic progress.  She will also identify needs of the students and their families.  CIS will also plan and participate in enrichment project activities through out the school year that will benefit the students in this program.
